Adam Lambert is set to return home next week, as he will be going back to where it all began for him – the American Idol stage.
Back in season 8, Lambert shot to fame when he finished in second place and has since had a highly successful solo career.

Jennifer Lopez is said to be ‘desperate’ to land a guest starring role on hit US drama Glee.
Show star Matthew Morrison has revealed that the actress and singer – who will hit TV screens this month as a judge on the tenth season of American Idol – has begun harrassing him at celebrity parties, begging him to speak to creator Ryan Murphy about offering her a part.
Morrison (who plays Will Schuester, a teacher and Glee club leader at McKinley High) tells Britain’s Glamour magazine:

Even singer/actress and mum of two J Lo wants a piece of it, she told ITN that she has her cameo all worked out.
It seems that Jennifer Lopez is in “talks” with Glee creator, Ryan Murphy, to make an appearance on the show.
While appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Lopez said, “I sat down with Ryan Murphy and we talked about me doing something on Glee.
“We want to, we want to do it.”
