Police have raided a property belonging to the late TV presenter, Jimmy Savile, amid fears that over 20 victims were subjected to abuse there, The Sun newspaper reports.
According to the publication, officers arrived at the isolated country cottage, set deep in the highlands of Scotland, to search the premises, which was often used by Savile to entertain celebrities, and even royalty according to reports, including the future King, Prince Charles. A top TV director has come out and claimed that he reported Jimmy Savile years ago when he caught him having sex with what appeared to be an underage girl in the 1980′s, but was ignored by the BBC, who he worked for at the time.

The PA reports today that Celebrity Juice co-host Keith Lemon – which is of course the stage name of comedian Leigh Francis – will front a remake of iconic kids’ show, Jim’ll Fix It.
To be entitled, Lemonaid, the show will feature “members of the public with real life problems” being helped to make a dream come true.
The series has apparently been initially commissioned for a six-part run, with the episodes airing on Saturday evenings. Keith will be joined by a celebrity each week as he makes his guests’ dreams come true.
Of the show, Talkback Thames exec Dan Baldwin told the Daily Mirror, “Keith Lemon is about to demolish people’s problems and make their dreams come true.
It’s been reported today that in order to keep this year’s one-off revival of Jim’ll Fix It as faithful to the original show as possible, the BBC have ordered that the ‘Jim Fixed It For Me’ medals are to be cast from the original moulds.
A show insider told the Daily Mirror, “There are certain parts of the show which have to stay the same and one of the things people remember from Jim’ll Fix It is the medals.
“We have used the original moulds cast in aluminium.”
The Christmas special show, which will be hosted by EastEnders star Shane Richie, will feature children under 14 getting to realize some of their dreams, as per the show’s original format.
The paper adds, “Producers have received 5,000 requests, including killing witches, hugging penguins and daubing a police car with graffiti.”

By way of a tribute to the late great Sir Jimmy Savile, the BBC are to resurrect his legendary show, Jim’ll Fix It, with EastEnders star Shane Richie hosting.
To be broadcast at Christmas, the show will air along the lines of the original format but will have a “modern twist” according to BBC executives.
However, according to the Sun today, not everybody is in favour of bringing the show back, claiming that it’s too soon after Sir Jimmy’s death.
A BBC insider told the paper, “While the show was identified with Sir Jimmy, it remains a BBC format. This will be a tribute to the great man.”
Shane, who of course plays Alfie Moon in EastEnders, said last night, “Jim’ll Fix It was compulsive television in our house.
The funeral of TV legend Sir Jimmy Savile is to take place next week in Leeds, and ahead of it, Jimmy’s legion of fans who wish to pay their respects can do so when his body is taken to the city ahead of his burial.
What’s On TV report that Jimmy’s body will be taken to a city centre hotel on Tuesday, November 8th, and he will be buried following a Requiem mass the day after. He’s to be buried in Scarborough where he formerly lived.
