John Barrowman has admitted that he is considering finding a surrogate mother to help him and his partner start a family.
“I love spending time with other people’s children, but I definitely want my own. It’s something I have spoken about with my partner Scott many times,” he told Love It magazine.
“I am 42 now and it would be fantastic to start our own family. We have considered surrogacy, and I’m not joking when I say that quite a few women have offered to rent me their womb to rent and bare a child.”

John Barrowman has hinted that he may return to Doctor Who for this year’s TV specials.
The actor plays Captain Jack Harkness on spinoff show Torchwood and has made several appearances alongside the Doctor on the main show.
When asked if he would be back for David Tennant’s final episodes, Barrowman told Metro: “I’ll put it this way – Captain Jack will always return to the side of The Doctor when he needs assistance.”

John Barrowman has revealed that this month, he has turned down major TV roles in both House and Grey’s Anatomy.
The Torchwood star told thelondonpaper that his appearance in the West End production of La Cage Aux Folles, meant that he was forced to turn down both parts.
Barrowman said: “I’m going to be completely honest. Over the last two weeks, I have been offered Grey’s Anatomy, a major part. I’ve been offered a major part in House.

Radio One DJ Scott Mills has described John Barrowman as a ’sex pest’. Why am I not surprised?
Mills said that Barrowman flirted shamelessly with him during a recent interview, even rubbing legs with him in front of his elderly parents.

John Barrowman has revealed that he is furious that BBC decided to cut the new series of Torchwood from 13 episodes to just 5.
John, who plays Captain Jack Harkness on the Doctor Who spinoff says he is fed up with the show having to prove itself over and over.
He told Radio Times: “We were the most successful show on BBC3, ever. We moved to BBC2 because the ratings were so good.

John Barrowman has joked that recent pictures of him supposedly filming for one of this years Doctor Who specials, was really a shot of him going to the supermarket, with David Tennant superimposed in the background.
“I actually go to the supermarket dressed as Captain Jack and that was a picture of me running from Tesco to my car and some paparazzi photographed me and they superimposed David there and that’s what that is,” John said.

Actor John Barrowman is busy writing a new Torchwood comic along with his sister.
Barrowman knows the TV show better most given that he plays Captain Jack Harkness in the Doctor Who spin-off series. He is currently in the process of creating a comic based on the series with the help his sister Carole E Barrowman.
“We hope fans love it as much as we do!” said John.

Torchwood star, John Barrowman has admitted that the BBC Sci-Fi series has been toned down for its newest series in order to help it succeed in the US market.
The Captain Jack Harkness actor told The People: “We’re not swearing or doing anything close to the bone because it’s been a huge success in the US and the networks won’t accept it with all that stuff in it.”

Can someone please tell me why John Barrowman has felt the need to apologise for exposing himself on yesterdays Radio One Switch show?
John was engaging in a bit of banter with show hosts Nick Grimshaw and Annie Mac who were teasing him about his tendancy for getting his willy out. He then decided to show them what all the fuss was about though he later stated “I didn’t take the whole thing out, but I got my fruit and nuts out.”

Am I just emotionally stunted or does anyone else find it strange that a 41 year old man is admitting to hopping into bed with his parents when the mood takes him?
Torchwood star John Barrowman told the Daily Star:
“At a hotel recently, I wandered into their room to have a chat and got into bed beside them,” he said.
“I’m not ashamed to admit that. My mum thinks you are never too old for a cuddle.”
I’ve gotta say, I love my parents and all, but I’m not sure its ‘normal’ for me to hop in and out of their bed like a scared toddler. Anyone else got an opinion on this?
