Channel 4 will once again air a massive star-studded Comedy Gala next month, featuring a whole host of top comedy talent from around the world.

Channel 4′s Comedy Gala will be a spectacular two and a half hour-long show to air in May and will take place a London’s 02 Arena in front of a massive 14,00 strong audience of enthusiastic spectators, waiting to be tickled pink by the likes of Lee Evans, Alan Carr, Michael McIntyre, Jonathan Ross, Keith Lemon, Paddy McGuiness, Micky Flanagan, Sean Lock, Kevin Bridges, Jo Brand, Jack Whitehall, Jack Dee, Jon Richardson and Lee Nelson, with yet more acts still to be announced. Combined they will make it the biggest live stand up show in UK history.

International pop sensation Lady Gaga makes Jonathan’s set her own, having it transformed into a farm. The superstar reveals that she’d “die without the spotlight”, tells Jonathan what she does to relax and admits she’s gaga about her godson Zachary…
Lady Gaga is known for her outrageous clothes and extreme behaviour, and her appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show is no exception. Before her arrival Jonathan’s set is transformed to look more like a farm to ensure it’s in keeping with the theme of her new song You and I.

Lee Evans may have just landed his own Doctor Who spinoff show after impressing fans in Saturday night’s Planet Of The Dead.
Nearly nine million people watched the episode and executive producer Russell T Davies reportedly said that he was considering writing a spinoff around Evans and Noma Dumezweni, who played Captain Magambo.
He told The Sun: “Lee and Noma are a spin-off series waiting to happen. UNIT soldiers often work best as half of a double-act, so Magambo needed a foil, though we never dreamed we’d get to cast the part so well.” He added the spin-off could even make it to air late this year.

Rumours were circulating this week that Michelle Ryan would be joining Matt Smith next year as Doctor Who’s new assistant. No word on that yet, but the BBC have confirmed that both Michelle Ryan and comedian Lee Evans will guest star in this years Doctor Who’s Easter special.
Ryan will play the mysterious Lady Christina de Souza in the special episode, entitled Planet of the Dead.
“I’m a huge fan of Doctor Who and very excited to be joining David Tennant and the Doctor Who team,” she told BBC.
