For one day only the international superstar Robbie Williams is appearing on a very special edition of Loose Women on ITV1.
Robbie will be the sole guest on the show with Loose ladies Kate Thornton, Denise Welch, Carol McGiffin and Sherrie Hewson.
As well as chatting to the Loose Women Robbie will be performing his new single ‘You Know Me’ at the end of the show. The single is from Robbie’s new album Reality Killed the Video Star.
It’s a week of celebrity takeovers. Cilla Black will present Loose Women on ITV this Friday and earlier the same day, Peter Andre and Kate Thornton will take over the This Morning reins for a few hours.
Cilla will join Sherrie Hewson, Carol McGiffin and Jane McDonald. Her best pal Christopher Biggins will be a guest.
ITV daytime chief Fiona Keenaghan said: “I am delighted Cilla will be joining us for the day.”
Coleen Nolan has admitted that she is so worried about the upcoming Nolan Sisters tour, she has been having nightmares about the whole experience.
“As with Dancing On Ice, I’ve had pre-performance nerves and jitters,” the Loose Woman told The Mirror.
“I’ve found myself worrying about whether we’d sell enough tickets. I’ve been plagued by nightmares again, tossing and turning and screaming in my sleep. I wonder if anyone will turn up. Have we still got it?”
The best thing about recent news that Kate Thornton is joining the panel of ITV’s Loose Women is the fact that Katie Price isn’t!
Rumours last week suggested that Price was being considered as a replacement to the outgoing Jackie Brambles, however ITV have now confirmed that former X Factor presenter Kate Thornton has landed the job.
A source told Daily Star Sunday: “Katie is ITV through and through. She gave her first interview after the marriage split to Piers Morgan on ITV and she’s been a smash on ITV2 with her various shows with Peter.”
Jackie Brambles quit as anchor of ITV’s Loose Women live on air yesterday.
Jackie, who joined the show three years ago, said: “I initially wanted to cut down my workload on Loose Women but the anchor role requires a full commitment, which I no longer felt able to make.
“Therefore, I’ve decided that I will be leaving the show in August when my current contract ends.
Tom confesses he’s a big Loose Women fan: “Angels And Demons – the new name for Loose Women! They’re the type I was too shy to approach.”
And those Loose Women also join Jonathan on the couch. Carol McGiffin talks about her toyboy: “I’m going backwards, I think I’m ten years younger than I actually am,” but fellow host Coleen Nolan doesn’t approve: “an older woman going out with someone they could have given birth to!”
Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan has revealed that she had a secret abortion at the age of sixteen.
Nolan’s autobiography is currently being serialised in The Mirror and in it she admits that she fell pregnant shortly after joining her older sisters in their band ‘The Nolan Sisters.’
Former Spice Girl singer, Emma Bunton has signed up as a panelist on ITV’s chat show, Loose Women.
Emma will appear on the show from December 1 to December 5.
“I am very excited about joining the Loose Women for a week. I was a guest recently and I can’t wait to get back and have my say just like the others!” said the star.
Joan Rivers was asked to leave the set of Loose Women yesterday after she swore on the daytime TV show.
When speaking about comedian, Russell Brand, Joan described him as a “f**king s**t”, the presenters of the show couldn’t apologise enough, or quickly enough!
‘Guests are always briefed that it is a live daytime show and are reminded not to swear or use inappropriate language. An editorial decision was taken that Joan Rivers should not appear in the final part of the programme. We would like to apologise to Loose Women viewers for the inappropriate language used on today’s show,’ said a spokesman for the show.
