Lost Season Finale – The Incident

jacob-and-black-shirt-man- Lost

This was, without question, not only the best episode/s of Lost that there’s ever been, I think it was also the best programme I’ve ever seen on TV, period.

I was not only on the edge of my seat, throughout most of the show, I actually gasped, as in literally. As regular readers of my reviews of Lost will know, I’m utterly addicted and while I’m rather devastated that that’s it until next year, the season finale simply could not have been better.

I’m not going to even attempt to recap the finale; if you’re a fan, you watched it so you don’t need me to and if you didn’t watch it, you’re not a big enough fan so you won’t ‘get’ most of what this article will be about; I’m going to cover what questions we’re left with which we know season six – the final season – is going to answer… Read more & comment »

Lost – News, gossip, spoilers and promos for The Variable!

(C) Thanks to Ajiraairways.co.uk for usage rights

Since last night’s Lost was a disappointing recap episode – I hate when they do that! – I thought that instead of my usual review, I’d bring you all the latest Lost news and the new promos for the much vaunted new episode next week, The Variable. I also have some epic spoilers for you but they’re hidden – you have to highlight the text to see them – however, there are still a few clues included in the following article so if you don’t want to know anything about The Variable, don’t read on after the ‘Read more and comment’ link!

As we know, The Variable is the 100th episode of Lost and is a Daniel centric episode that’s going to include a few flashbacks – as always – but this time, they’re going to be more revealing than ever! Apparently, we’re going to get to know exactly what Daniel knows about the island and given that he can jump through time with apparent ease, I’m guessing he knows not only all about its past, but also its future and that of the island’s inhabitants… Read more & comment »

Review, recap & questions: Lost – LaFleur

Lost Numbers - courtesy Ajiraairways.co.uk

Yet again confusion reigns but this was another awesome episode! It began with Sawyer trying to get John out of the well in which he seemed to be buried alive, but as they were all deliberating this, Miles noticed a giant statue in the distance. Unfortunately, we didn’t see how many toes it had, but I think we could assume it was four!

Then John Locke pushed the wheel and there was another time jump, only this one was more like an earthquake. After this flash, the well had been built but was filled in, but Miles and Juliet were just glad their headaches and nosebleeds had stopped! Juliet suspected that John saved them and that the ‘time jumps’ were over… Read more & comment »

Lost: This Place Is Death – Review

Danielle shoots her lover Robert

Danielle shoots her lover Robert

This was an awesome episode! As always it’s left me full of questions such as, if Danielle met Jin all those years ago, why doesn’t she remember him later when Oceanic 815 crashes on the island and she finally meets him? It’s all very Back To The Future… again!

However, an interesting thing to note is that in the scene where the French shipwrecked Montan listens to the transmission of the numbers on his radio, if you listen very carefully, it sounds remarkably like it’s Hurley’s voice! You may need to listen a couple of times, but I’m convinced it is… Read more & comment »

Lost: The Little Prince – Review

Well yet another excellent episode though somehow, it didn’t quite have the Holy Monkey factor of last week’s episode, but nonetheless, I feel we’re getting ever nearer to the truth now.

The time zipping about is just a tad too convenient though; whenever there’s a shoot out or similar peril, bang, off they go to another time. That aside, I have no other criticisms of this episode!

We learned that the shifty lawyer does a hell of a trade from the Oceanic 815 survivors and their families. Ben employs him – to get Aaron from Kate – as well as Claire’s mother and I’ve a feeling we’ve not seen the last of Dan Norton’s client list yet… Read more & comment »

Yet more Lost season five sneek peeks!

Here are yet more sneek peeks at the season premiere of Lost!

At this rate, we’ll have seen it all before it airs but as I’m going to watch it at least five times anyway, that’s fine by me!

Here they are…

Holy Testicle Tuesday! Is that Yemi’s plane?? The one that was already there when the 815 survivors arrived on the island?? Read more & comment »

Lost Season Five- not long to go now!

The season premiere of season 5 of Lost is tantalisingly close now. Some lucky bar stewards have already seen it and one of them is my Facebook friend Benjamin Linus who, along with Ajiraairways.co.uk has a little compilation of the ’sneek peek’ trailers that ABC keep teasing us with.

Here it is…

Lost: Season 5 Spoliers & FAB Previews!

Oh joy! There’s a new trailer out with little sneak peeks at bits of season 5… here it is

And here’s one featuring Lost filming in progress:

The next bit contains spoilers so don’t read them if you don’t want to know!

We are going to find out that there is only one off-island Dharma station and that Rose and Bernard have been there before. Remember when Bernard took Rose to see the healer in Australia?

Desmond’s all knowing pawn shop owner and adivsor, Ms. Hawking, returns for season 5 to reveal an interesting connection between herself and another character. That’s all I’m giving away at this point (mostly because it’s all I know).
