Channel 4’s digital service More4 has bought the UK rights to gritty US drama, Southland.
The series stars former O.C star Ben McKenzie and according to NBC, takes a “raw and authentic look” at Los Angeles and the lives of the LAPD officers who police it.
Channel 4 is to axe its lunchtime news and nightly news show on More4 in a bid to save cash.
The lunchtime news show will change to a three-minute summary bulletin and the More4 news has been cancelled completely.
Season Three of Brothers and Sisters ended on More4 just last month and already we have been inundated with emails from you many fans out there looking for clues to season four.

More4 has launched a brand new online pub quiz on March 20th, held in virtual pub The More4 Arms.
The game will allow players to pit their knowledge against four of the channels most famous faces – Jon Snow, Tony Robinson, David Starkey and Kevin McCloud – at the presenter’s specialist subjects. All four will also be seen in The More4 Arms bar, where a pub blackboard promotes upcoming programmes and seasons.
