Blake’s 7 actor Paul Darrow is to join the cast of Emmerdale as a friend of Alan Turner’s.

The star will play Eddy Fox who’s eccentric and fun loving, and it looks like his big entrance into the village on July 13th will apparently be on a trike!

“I’m delighted to be appearing in Emmerdale” Paul told ITV, adding, “My character Eddy’s going to be great fun to play. I’ll get to ride around the Dales on my trike in my leathers. I’ll be like Marlon Brando.”

“I’m also really looking forward to catching up with my old pal Richard Thorp (aka Alan Turner). We used to work together back on Emergency Ward 10.” Read more & comment »
