Since my student days Ainsley Harriott has been my guilty secret! Instead of going to my University lectures, I spent many a lazy morning watching Ainsley on BBC’s Can’t Cook, Won’t Cook.
As I have aged (ever so slightly!!) I find myself trying to squeeze in my daily dose of Ainsley in Ready Steady Cook each evening. But least nowdays I have the added bonus of making myself feel like a worthwhile wife and mother as I notch up more and more healthy and quick recipes for my family.
My husband knows me well and this year on my birthday I was thrilled to receive a Ready Steady Cook cookbook, containing not only Ainsley’s top 100 recipes from the TV show, but loads of great pictures of the dishes, and the chefs.
I can’t recommend this book enough, anyone interested in buying it should click here” (Ready Steady Cook)
. I’d love to hear from any other RSC fans out there….what are your favourite recipes (or chefs?) Comments, as always, are welcome below!
