River Cottage Autumn Collection puts the very best of 2008’s successful series on the plate, along with some new tummy-satisfying recipes. Hugh rustles up two brand-new autumn recipes and shows viewers how to make easy Mexican chorizo, with two great ways to cook it. He also prepares the ultimate autumn belly filler: a simple, hearty “five root soup”. And River Cottage Head Chef Tim takes up a new challenge and tries to convert Hugh into a cauliflower enthusiast with a range of new recipes.
