As if things in Emmerdale haven’t been exciting enough recently, now show bosses are planning a huge and exciting stunt which requires a whole new Home Farm set being built!

As we reported recently, Debbie Dingle’s name is mud in the village after Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) was rushed to hospital suffering from alcohol poisoning after she downed a bottle of Debbie’s knockoff vodka…
And of course, that’s just the latest in a series of messes that Debbie’s caused, but for most of the villagers, and even her own family, it’s the last straw!

Given that Adam Barton (Adam Thomas) hates Cain Dingle’s guts, nobody could blame Cain if, when Adam needed help, he simply turned his back…
However, as we’ll see in next week’s dramatic episodes of Emmerdale, when Cain (Jeff Hordley) learns that Adam has been involved in a hit and run incident, he’ll put his own liberty at risk to help his girlfriend’s son.

Coming up next week on Emmerdale, Robbie Lawson (Jamie Shelton) decides to try to earn some brownie points with his boss Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) after Cain Dingle fixes his girlfriend Moira’s car for free, much to Debbie’s annoyance…
And he does so by stealing money from Moira (Natalie J Robb) which, when Cain (Jeff Hordley) finds out, could well earn him a beating!
However, he’s set to discover that Debbie – though currently being nothing but ruthless where business is concerned – isn’t impressed, and angrily tells him that she’ll make decisions about matters such as unpaid bills, while pointing out that what happens between herself and her dad is none of Robbie’s business.

Coming up next week on Emmerdale, things go from bad to worse for Alicia Gallagher as not only is she struggling to cope with her angry son Jacob – he is of course devastated that his mum and David Metcalfe have split up – but she’s also having trouble containing her jealousy towards Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) who is of course dating David.
So it’s little surprise then that Alicia (Natalie Anderson) decides it would be best if she and Jacob moved out of David’s (Matthew Wolfenden) and into a place of their own, but in the episode that airs on January 17th, she’s set to find that it’s not that easy to find somewhere to rent on her wages from The Woolpack.
And in fact, she could find herself out of a job too when Rishi (Bhasker Patel) has to intervene in a row between Alicia and Priya as they antagonize each other behind the bar! Read more & comment »
STV report today that scheming Robbie Lawson and his mum Megan Macey (Gaynor Faye) are going to do their best to ruin Katie and Declan’s wedding day after Robbie discovers that Declan (Jason Merrells) is intending to fleece Megan out of the money she’s earned in setting up the music festival.
Speaking exclusively to STV, Jamie Shelton, who of course plays Robbie, said, “Robbie finds out Declan and Katie are going to screw Megan over with the festival money, and then Megan finds out.
“And Robbie wants to tell Megan to mess up the wedding and he wants to help her do that.”
So that the plotline isn’t spoiled for viewers, Jamie added, “All I know really is that they’re out to spoil it and Megan’s going to make sure she does that…
“She’ll be bursting as they’re getting married and seeing how everyone reacts to that. That’s the plan.” Read more & comment »
Emmerdale has always had its fair share of bad boys, and the latest to join the ranks of those troublemakers is Robbie Lawson, who is of course Megan Macey’s estranged son.
As fans of the show will know, Megan (Gaynor Faye) gave Robbie up for adoption when he was a baby, but her brother Declan (Jason Merrells) recently tracked Robbie down, and the bad lad subsequently moved into Home Farm…
However, Robbie’s ruffling the feathers of Declan’s live in girlfriend Katie Sugden (Sammy Winward) with his sponging ways and his obnoxious form of flirting, and it’s an issue that Declan’s finding hard to forgive Robbie for.
But if it were up to Jamie Shelton, who plays Robbie, his character would be – and he hopes, will be – a much bigger pain in Emmerdale’s collective backside! Read more & comment »
