In the final episode of this series of Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Alex (Callum Blue) and Belle (Billie Piper) are trying to make their relationship work, but it’s not easy. Belle’s resolve is tested when Stephanie (Cherie Lunghi) turns up on her doorstep offering Belle one last job - an appointment with a mystery client who has asked specifically for her. Belle is tempted but refuses, she’s going straight.
Actress Cherie Lunghi has revealed that she went and spent a day with a real life Madam before she started filming for ITV2 drama, Secret Diary Of A Call Girl.
The actress who is currently starring in BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing told MSN: “I didn’t feel judgmental at all, and they were so lovely as women, women talking about their job and their line of business and about men. We ended up just talking about men and sex,” the actress said.

In the sixth episode, since the break up with Alex (Callum Blue), Belle (Billie Piper) is working night and day. Belle tells us that she’s fine about the whole Alex thing; she’s defiant and determined to concentrate on work. Belle agrees to go to a sex party at a big country estate with Bambi (Ashley Madekwe).
The party is strange, everyone wears fairytale costumes, and the aim is to find your fairytale partner, or partners. For once Belle lets her hair down and breaks her rules, she drinks on the job and loses control. Things become darker when Belle’s client turns on her. Belle and Bambi escape, and have to find their way through the surrounding countryside to somewhere that has phone reception.
In episode four Belle (Billie Piper) is now in a fully fledged relationship with Alex (Callum Blue) and hasn’t had a booking in over a week.
Needing work, Belle accepts Bambi’s offer of a threesome with a flashy nightclub owner. Bambi (Ashley Madekwe), who is gaining confidence as a prostitute, throws herself into it and is porn-tastic. A prominent women’s charity has claimed that ITV2 show ‘Secret Diary Of A Call Girl’ glamourises the seedy world of prostitution.
Poppy Project chief executive Denise Marshall told the Sunday People that the show does not convey the reality of prostitution for young women.

Secret Diary Of A Call Girl star, Callum Blue, has revealed that he felt very “awkward” during his love scenes with actress Billie Piper.
“Billie and I had just met and it’s so weird kissing someone you’ve just met - especially when they’ve just got married and they’re pregnant at the time,” Blue told Hot TV magazine. “I mean it’s uncomfortable anyway, but add in those two factors and it’s pretty awkward to say the least!”
When questioned about his nude scenes on the show, he replied: “I was always scared of nudity and sex scenes, but last year I was in a movie where I was completely naked the whole way through. Billie Piper has revealed thats he found it very hard to concentrate on her acting whilst filming the second series of Secret Diary Of A Call Girl for ITV2, due to her constant hunger pangs.
Billie told The Sun: “Being pregnant and filming scenes where you’re having to be sexually provocative — when all you want to do is sit in a corner and eat — that was hard for me.”

Billie Piper is set to return to the set of ITV2 drama, Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, just weeks after giving birth to her first baby.
Billie is currently working on the second series of the show, whilst using a body double to conceal her pregnancy according to the Daily Star.
A source told the newspaper: “Billie clearly isn’t going to be a stay-at-home mum.
“She has already signed up for another series of Call Girl and there are other work offers that she is considering.”
