After the much-anticipated wedding day murder of Texas Longford in Hollyoaks last week, Danny Mac who plays one of the main suspects in the investigation has come out to praise writers, and his co-star James Atherton, for the plot.

Mac’s character Dodger was instantly arrested after Texas (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) was pushed from her honeymoon suite window after police found CCTV footage of the pair arguing just before the murder.

Well tonight E4 viewers were treated to a first look at the wedding of the year, and the murder of the year in Hollyoaks.

As we have previously reported, Texas Longford (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) met her maker on her wedding day to Will Savage (James Atherton), leaving five main village residents as prime suspects.

Fans of Hollyoaks will know how the once, slightly odd but always kind hearted Will Savage has turned a very dark corner in deed in recent weeks, and now the actor who plays him, James Atherton, has discussed how he thinks this change will affect his character, and the show.

Will Savage has not quite been the same ever since it was revealed that he had been secretly visiting serial killer, Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle) in prison and copying his signature stalking moves in order to prove he could be trusted to the villain.

With Silas now loose on the streets following his prison break last year, the legacy he seems to have left with Will means that he isn’t the only one Hollyoaks residents should be fearful of.

Hollyoaks have revealed an exciting new who-dunnit mystery which will see one of its favourite characters murdered leaving the whole village, and viewing public, asking “Who killed Texas?”

Hollyoaks are renowned for their mystery who-dunnit storylines, and their most recent examples between them had the whole country guessing for almost a year, with no one finding out the truth until it was revealed on-screen, making the drama even more enjoyable.

Hollyoaks star, James Atherton, has admitted that he is enjoying bringing his characters darker side to life!

Atherton’s character, Will Savage, is currently in the middle of a very manipulative and devious storyline in the award-winning Channel 4 soap, having just thrown himself down a metal flight of stairs outside the village’s nightclub, Chez Chez.

Fans of the hit soap will know how last year Will, who had been a suspect in the Lynsey Nolan murder last summer, took advantage of his brother Dodger’s girlfriend, Texas Longford (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove).

Oh dear, it looks like all the games Mercedes Fisher has been playing in Hollyoaks are going to come back and bite her on the bum in a huge way, when she finds herself held hostage yet again by a mystery kidnapper during an episode next week, according to the Daily Star newspaper.

Fans of the hit Channel 4 show will know how Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) has been spiralling out of control with her recent behaviour, which has seen her stalk Mitzeee (Rachel Shenton) and framing her for attempted murder after stabbing herself, and more recently started a sham relationship with evil Dr Browning (Joseph Thompson) in order to make her ex, Riley (Rob Norbury) jealous.

As fans of Hollyoaks will probably know, next week will see the return to the village of evil serial killer Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle) and he has just one goal; the death of Texas Longford!

Silas had of course been in a psychiatric unit, but he escapes next week and promply kidnaps Texas, who is of course played by Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove.

Of her character’s terror at Silas’s hands, Bianca has told Inside Soap magazine that Texas is “never going to be safe again.”

Evil murderer, Silas Blissett, is set to return the village of Hollyoaks next week when he escapes from hospital, and holds Texas Longford hostage!

Fans of the E4 show would have seen Silas (Jeff Rawle) return to their Hollyoaks screens during Friday’s episode when Texas (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) visited the serial killer in order to get information out of him regarding Lynsey Nolan’s death.  During the visit Silas implied that the person who killed Lynsey was not a copycat, they were in fact working for him.

After the biggest shock in the shows history, Hollyoaks viewers have been left wondering just who killed Lynsey Nolan.

The suspects listed are Silas Blissett, Mercedes McQueen, Walker, Sampson, Ali Gorman, and Will Savage, but today Hollyoaks have released the ‘case files’ which names three further suspects as well as some more hints and clues on their official E4 website.

Jeff Rawle, who has of course reprised the role of Hollyoaks serial killer Silas Blissett, has revealed to Soaplife that even from the confines of his cell in a secure prison unit, the evil killer may once again bring a reign of terror to the village via a protégé who Silas claims is going to carry out murders for him!

And disturbingly, Silas wants Texas Longford (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) dead because – though he of course murdered her sister India – it’s preying on his twisted mind that Texas was his original intended target.

First, Soaplife asked, “How is Silas finding life behind bars?” to which Jeff replied, “I think he’s accepted that he’s going to be in the secure psychiatric unit for the rest of his life…

We reported last week how evil serial killer, Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle) was returning to the soap by way of being visited in his psychiatric ward by Texas Longford (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) after Lynsey Nolan’s (Karen Hassan) murder, ruling him out as a suspect.

So, Hollyoaks fans should know by now that evil serial killer, Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle), is set to return to the village, and with the shocking discovery of Lynsey Nolan’s(Karen Hassan)  dead body on Friday’s episode of the hit teen drama, it was far too easy to draw a line connecting the two events.

However, reports in todays Daily Star newspaper have revealed that his return is actually set to be behind the bars of his padded cell after Texas Longford (Bianca Hendrickse-Spendlove) pays him a visit.
