Sky One has secured the exclusive UK TV rights to international TV sensation PRISON BREAK and to the new drama JOURNEYMAN from the team behind The West Wing. The deal with 20th Century Fox International Television Distribution will give Sky One the life of series rights to the Golden Globe® nominated PRISON BREAK and the first two-seasons of JOURNEYMAN. Sky One picked up its first ever BAFTA for Sky One documentary series ROSS KEMP ON GANGS which collected the Award for Factual Series at last night’s The British Television Academy Awards at The London Palladium. Vic Reeves Launches Biggest Custard Rocket For Brainiac: Science Abuse

Vic Reeves and wife Nancy Sorrell are trying to make it into the Guinness Book Of Records by launching the worlds biggest custard rocket.

Vic and Nancy launched a 12ft missile filled with 200lbs of custard 1,000ft up to mark the return of Sky One’s Brainiac tonight at 8pm on Sky One.

They are waiting to hear if it gets included in the new edition of the Guinness Book Of Records.

Sky Issued Legal Letter Over The Beckhams Go To Hollywood

David and Victoria Beckham have issued Sky with a legal letter over a new spoof show about to air on Sky One.

In the show, ‘The Beckhams Go To Hollywood’, two lookalikes (Andy Harmer and Camilla Shadbolt) go around LA, pretending to be Posh and Becks and we get to see how they are treated.

A spokesperson for Sky tells the Sunday Mirror, “We can confirm acknowledgement of a legal letter on behalf of the Beckhams, but cannot comment any further.”

Come on Beckhams, have a sense of humour won’t you!
