We were starting to wonder if this new found domestic happiness currently residing over the McQueen household could last, and it seems that we have now got our answer – it can’t!

Ever since believing their mum was dying, followed by the departure of McQueen matriarch Jacqui (Claire Cooper), remaining McQueen siblings Carmel (Gemma Merna), Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) and John Paul (James Sutton) have all been on their best behaviour, even towards each other.

Hollyoaks: Kieron Richardson wants to win BSA sexiest Male for gay fans!

Hollyoaks hero, Kieron Richardson, has revealed that he would love to win the award for Sexiest Male at this year’s British Soap Awards, for all his gay fans!

Richardson, who plays homosexual Ste Hay in the hit Channel 4 soap, has been shortlisted for the category, up against his Hollyoaks co-star Danny Mac who plays Dodger Savage, Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden, who plays David Metcalfe, EastEnders David Witts, who plays Joey Branning and Coronation Street star Chris Fountain, who plays Tommy Duckworth.

Hollyoaks Spoilers: Charlie Clapham cast as Freddie Roscoe, and arrives with a bang in the village!

Hollyoaks have cast Charlie Clapham as Freddie, the brother of current sixth form terror, Robbie Roscoe.

Freddie is set to turn up in the village next week, and straight away can see the havoc his younger sibling, Robbie (Charlie Wernham) has already caused.

Hollyoaks have triumphed at this year’s All About Soaps Awards, bringing home more awards than any other mainstream soap!

The hit Channel 4 soap collected three trophies through public votes, one more than both EastEnders and Emmerdale who received two each, and Coronation Street who just took home one.
