EastEnders star Jo Joyner says she’s surprised Greg Jessop won’t support Tanya

EastEnders star Jo Joyner has revealed that she was surprised to learn that her character’s estranged husband Greg Jessop (Stefan Booth) won’t be supportive of her, despite the fact that she has cancer.

Jo, who of course plays Tanya Jessop, told Inside Soap that when Greg returns to Walford – he left the Square after Tanya admitted her affair with Max Branning (Jake Wood) – although he’s sympathetic to Tanya’s plight, it doesn’t soften his heart towards her.

EastEnders: Stefan Booth says Greg Jessop will be back!

As fans of EastEnders will know, Tanya Jessop’s distraught husband Greg stormed off last week when Tanya (Jo Joyner) revealed that she’d had an affair with ex-husband Max Branning (Jake Wood).

Greg then promptly sold the house that he’d previously shared with Tanya and her kids to the newly rich Janine (Charlie Brooks).

However, Stefan Booth, who plays unlucky in love Greg, has revealed that we haven’t seen the last of him yet!

Eastenders: Kat and Alfie Moon get baby Tommy back

At last, fans of Eastenders can stop cringing every time they see the tiny tot Tommy/James, as bosses of the BBC soap have finally filmed the scenes of him being returned to his biological mother.

Tommy was switched with baby James, who had died of cot death,on New Years Eve, by desperate mum Ronnie Branning (Samantha Womack) unbeknown to his grieving parents, Kat (Jessie Wallace) and Alfie (Shane Richie).

Eastender’s spoilers: Filming starts on Tanya and Greg’s wedding

Filming for the squares swankiest wedding of the year started yesterday, The Sun has revealed.

All the cast donned their best knees up glad rags, to celebrate the wedding of Tanya Branning (Jo Joyner) and hunky builder Greg (Stephan Booth), but smiles were few and far between, according to the paper.
