According to a report in today’s Daily Mirror, EastEnders star Jessie Wallace has told friends that she’s so happy with her current boyfriend Tim Arnold – who is the godson of Jessie’s co-star June Brown, who of course plays Dot Cotton – that she’s even ready to consider marrying him.
As fans of Jessie’s will know, last year, in a drama that could easily have been penned by the show’s writers, she ditched her fiancé Vince Morse on what should have been their wedding day after it was revealed that he’d been exchanging explicit emails with his former fiancé.
Jessie – who of course plays Kat Moon – returned to the set of EastEnders almost immediately after the drama, but later took three months off as she was “exhausted”… Read more & comment »

As fans of EastEnders will know, veteran actress June Brown – who of course plays Dot Branning – is currently taking a break from the show, but she’s most certainly not using the time to do any resting!
Despite being 85 years old, in addition to having recently filmed a very moving documentary for the BBC’s elder season with her former co-star John Bardon, who played Dot Branning’s husband Jim, June is also writing her auto-biography and looking to start a career in music.
For her foray into the world of music, June is reportedly teaming up with her godson, musician Tim Arnold – who is of course dating June’s EastEnders co-star Jessie Wallace – to make her debut single… Read more & comment »
