Robert Pattinson has admitted that it would be “terrifying” if he stopped winning MTV’s Best Kiss Award.
The ‘Twilight’ actor has won the MTV Movie accolade for two years in a row for his onscreen kiss with real life girlfriend Kristen Stewart in ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ and is hoping that he can land the award for the third time later this year.
When asked what the secret of his success has been, he told MTV News: “I don’t know. I mean – I thought I won it three times?! Did I win it three? It’s kind of terrifying if you suddenly stop winning it, you’re like, ‘Oh God!’.

Kristen Stewart has admitted that she grew very fond of the Canadian city of Vancouver, while she was shooting the ‘Twilight’ movies.
The 21-year-old actress – who recently finished filming the final scenes for the two ‘Breaking Dawn’ movies in the city and Squamish, British Columbia – admits it was a great experience to shoot in the Canadian city because it has so much natural beauty.
She said: “We shot most of the ‘Twilight’ series in Vancouver. I fell in love with it – it’s such a beautiful city. I found the climate so different from what I’m used to in Los Angeles. The air is clean and fresh and there are beautiful mountain views everywhere. But I didn’t get to go out as much as I would have liked.”

Robert Pattinson has admitted that he struggles to trust people, now that he is a huge movie star.
The 24 year old actor – who is best known as vampire Edward Cullen in the series of Twilight movies – confessed that he misses meeting people people and making new friends, becvause since he shot to fame he keeps his inner circle very small.
In an interview with Germany’s Gala magazine, he said: “I miss meeting new people. It sounds weird to say that as an actor, but I’m talking about really getting to know someone. Usually I ask myself whether I can really trust someone and that’s why most of my acquaintances stay rather superficial.” Read more & comment »
Robert Pattinson has admitted that he first decided he’d like a career in acting, because he wanted to meet lots of “pretty girls”.
The Twilight star – who has been dating actress Kristen Stewart since meeting her on the set of the first movie in the vampire series – revealed that access to opposite sex and also the fact that it was a bit ‘pretentious’ drew him to the stage.
He said: “I suppose it was a variety of things … the pretty girls? There was a theatre around the corner from my house. I guess it was something I always wanted to do, but I thought it was pretty pretentious; I didn’t mind the kids that were acting at school but I wanted to do it secretly outside the school.

Kristen Stewart, star of Twilight, has issued a public apology after making remarks during which she likened press attention to a “rape.”
20 year old Kristen made the comments during an interview with Elle magazine. She said of the media attention she receives, “I feel like I’m looking at someone being raped.
“A lot of the time I can’t handle it. I never expected that this would be my life.”
Her comments angered several charities who support the victims of rape and sexual assault, prompting Stewart to apologise for her “insensitivity”.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson has admitted that he only auditioned for the movie because he had a crush on Kristen Stewart.
Robert plays Edward Cullen in the vampire movies and has admitted that he was drawn to the movie after hearing that Kristen had already been cast as Bella Swann.
Pattinson told OK magazine:
Peaches Geldof has claimed that Twilight star Robert Pattinson is highly intelligent, as well as being a good actor.
“I’m really into R-Patz,” she told Splashnews. “I’ve met him on numerous occasions. I was chatting to him about movies. He’s really intelligent and he has surreal taste in movie directors.
“People don’t see that side of him because the Twilight thing has become so big.”

Robert Pattinson has promised his legions of female fans that the Twilight ‘New Moon’ will contain lots of topless nipple shots.
Speaking at the movie’s press conference Pattinson said: “You’ve got a lot of nipple shots in this movie. I was really terrified – I hadn’t worked out at all. When I saw Taylor at the beginning of the year it was quite good for the movie because I did feel incredibly inadequate.
