Fiona Phillips has recently announced that she will be leaving the GMTV sofa after 15 years on the job, and one person rumoured to be in the frame to replace her is 41 year old Ulrika Jonsson.
An insider told The Mirror: “Fiona’s departure is a blow, but this gives us a chance to give the whole show a spring clean. Ulrika is perfect - beautiful and intelligent, with an ability to laugh at herself.”
TV Presenter, Ulrika Jonsson is getting married for the third time to her new partner Brian Monet.
Ulrika said: “I am getting married again and I don’t care if people think I’m nuts.
“Brian presented me with the biggest rock I have ever seen a few weeks ago and I couldn’t resist. The ring of course is a fake - but the offer felt very right.”
A spokesperson for the star told The Sun: “They haven’t set a date yet as it’s still very early days. Ulrika wants a really low-key wedding.”
