Scott Mills Launches UPSTAGED In Leicester Square

Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills is to front the new BBC Three entertainment event Upstaged, which invites the public to “make a show of themselves” by performing a talent that can keep the nation entertained for up to eight hours. What contestants do is completely up to them – the wilder and wackier the better.
From a human lizard to land-bound synchronised swimmers via ballerinas, rappers and a gorgeous girl riding a motorbike ON TOP of a man on a bed of nails, all these acts tried to ‘upstage’ each other this week, in preparation for the BBC’s brand new entertainment show.
Radio 1 DJ and presenter of Upstaged, Scott Mills, was on hand to check out the acts as they crammed into a miniature version of the show’s unique performance spaces - a glass box - in the centre of Leicester Square.
Check out the show’s website and view the most recent acts here.
