The award-winning comedy drama WEEDS returns to Sky One for a third season of dark humour on Sunday 3 February at 10:00pm. Picking up from the season two cliff-hanger which saw mum turned pot dealer Nancy Botwin (Golden Globe® and Emmy® winner Mary-Louise Parker, West Wing, Fried Green Tomatoes) being held at gun point by rival dealer U-Turn (Page Kennedy, Desperate Housewives, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) and his gang, as they demanded the weed they were owed. As this season kicks off, Nancy is forced to repay her debt to U-Turn, which leads her down a new path, as series executive producer and writer Jenji Kohan explains. “Nancy is embracing her criminal life and on a certain level she likes it.
