While you were all sleeping, pop songstress Taylor Swift surprised us all and released a brand new song onto iTunes, and it’s pretty delightful.
The track, known as ‘Out of the Woods’ is the second track to be lifted from her upcoming release ‘1989’, which is set to be released on the 27th of October.
‘Out of the Woods’ is the follow-up to her smash hit ‘Shake It Off’ which the beauty recently performed on the X Factor results show this past Sunday.
Speaking about the track recently, Taylor explained that it “stresses that even if a relationship is breakable and fragile and full of anxiety, it doesn’t mean that it isn’t worthwhile, exciting, beautiful, and all the things that we look for.”
The songstress also recently confirmed that ‘Out of the Woods’ is not an official single from ‘1989’, but a promo single, which sums the album up.
Taylor Swift recently appeared on the Graham Norton show on the BBC during her recent visit to the UK and spoke about the subject of dating and how she feels too young to be dating.
“I’m just not looking at guys right now. My life is really busy and complicated and it becomes too chaotic when I involve someone else in it,” she said.
Taylor went on to add: “It’s something I’ve observed over time that if you give people one thing to talk about, they multiply it by 50 and make all these sensational stories about you. So if you give them zero, they can’t multiply it.”
She went on to say that she would much rather people focus on the things she’s created, and that it’s not a priority for her right now, adding that she’s only 24.
The ‘Shake It Off’ star also spoke with InStyle magazine and said that she’s not sure if bringing children into the world is the right thing to do with the constant intrusions she faces into her personal life.
“I don’t know if I’ll have kids. It’s impossible not to picture certain scenarios and how you would try to convince them that they have a normal life when, inevitably, there will be strange men pointing giant cameras at them from the time they are babies.”
We really don’t blame her. It’s a crazy environment to be bringing a child into and while some pull it off, it’s not for everyone and is a lot to explain years down the road.
