Pop songstress Taylor Swift is currently promoting her 2012 ‘Red’ album and is bringing her tour to the UK in February but she is already working on her next project and we know it’s going to feature some collaborations.
The 23 year old hasn’t been giving much away though regarding the follow-up to ‘Red’ but in various interviews she has been teasing everyone with little bits of information here and there.
The ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ singer as we said is bringing her ‘Red’ tour to the UK in February 2014 but what fans really want to know is more information about this new album.
Taylor Swift spoke with Entertainment Weekly and admitted that she wants to keep fans involved in her personal life through her lyrics so will continue to make them “confessional”.
The beauty said: “Describing it is difficult. At the core of what I do, it’s always going to revolve around a confessional storyline and filling my fans in on what my life has actually been.”
“It’s become this lifeline between me and my friends and they know that no matter what they read in some magazine, they’re going to hear the actual accounting of it when the album comes out.”
She added: “I’ve always written songs for the same reason — to sort through my emotions. As I grow up, the lessons I learn in love and relationships and how we treat each other are hopefully maturing — hopefully.”
We also know that Taylor has been working incredibly hard and is actually ahead of schedule in terms of writing. Speaking at the American Music Awards last month (where Taylor won four awards) she said:
“We got a lot already. There are probably seven or eight [songs] that I know I want on the record. It’s really ahead of schedule for me.”
