In a brand new series architect George Clarke helps home owners with different budgets fall back in love with their homes. Thanks to the credit crunch, Brits can no longer rely on houses as safe investments and have forgotten that first and foremost they are our homes. To kick off the series, George unlocks the potential of a tired and very dated family house in Dorking, transforming it into a dream home. He’s got some big ideas to radically alter the layout, but the family have to trust George with their own money and their house.
