Alain Robert, dubbed “The Human Spider”, is arguably the most daring climber the world has ever seen. This heart-stopping documentary – part of Channel 4’s Cutting Edge strand – follows the married father-of-three on his quest to “free climb” some of the world’s tallest buildings using just his bare hands, with no ropes or any safety equipment.

The Human Spider features exclusive dramatic footage of Robert’s recent climb in London, where he scaled Portland House in Westminster, plus some of his other incredible climbing feats. Interviews with the man himself reveal the astonishing fact that he undertakes these extreme, and often illegal, challenges despite suffering from epilepsy.
