O.C actor Tate Donovan has blasted the younger actors from the show and spoke about how hard they were to work with on set.

Tate, who played Jimmy Cooper in the show, revealed that Mischa Barton, Benjamin McKenzie, Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody were at their most difficult during the show’s final two seasons.

I think they all wanted movie careers and did not want to be on a television show,” he told The Canadian Press. “All four of them were, like, ‘This show is ruining my career.”‘

Donovan added: “They didn’t know how good they had it. We tried to tell them, ‘Hey guys, this is a rare experience, you’re so fortunate.’ ”
