Presenter Anna Richardson checks into the maternity unit of Countess of Chester Hospital to witness first-hand the realities of the delivery room. Mother of four and wife of Gordon, Tana Ramsay describes her experience of childbirth while the studio audience discuss the media myths and pressures surrounding it.

Also in the show, Anna goes back to school as a group of young teens get a hands-on demonstration of contraception and hears all from a teenager who lost his virginity aged 12.
