Broadcaster Mark Dolan comes face to face with human extremes once more as he goes in search of some of the world’s most incredible individuals. In The World’s Most Enhanced Woman and Me , Mark tries to find out why some women take breast implants to extraordinary extremes. He discovers that tastes are changing in Las Vegas, but that the big breast scene is buoyant in Brazil. He asks who is really behind these women’s decisions to go large, uncovers the health risks, and meets the new contender for the title of the world’s most enhanced woman.

    im sorry girl but no ong your age would be bigger than that. i think it is disgusting having massive boobs like that. its jst fat injected into a different part of ur body, if it was anewhere else ud be gettin it reduced. rediculous!!! that programme nearly made me cry.
