Fans of hit HBO vampire drama True Blood probably know that two of its stars, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer – who are married in real life – are expecting twins later this year…

And Stephen, who plays vampire Bill Compton, reckons that the challenge of having two newborns in the Paquin-Moyer house will be “crazy.”

Speaking to US Weekly, Stephen, who already has a son and a daughter, said, “I love my kids beyond anything.

“They’re the best things ever, and having two more is just going to be even more crazy, but that’s cool!”

And as to how Anna – who plays Sookie Stackhouse – is handling carrying twins, her co-star Michael McMillian, who plays Steve Newlin, said he’s “been impressed” with her commitment to continue filming for the show…

He added, “The show is taking great care of her, and I think she’s probably really happy that she has some time off now to focus on what’s to come.”

He also said, “Stephen is already a terrific father, and they make an amazing couple.

“Anna is really excited, as any expectant mum is. I think they’re going to be pretty cool parents.”

Michael also joked that “there’s something in the water over at True Blood”, as another of his co-stars Sam Trammell – and his wife obviously – also welcomed twins Winston and Gus to the world in August 2011.
