Ugly Betty star, Vanessa Williams, has revealed that Lindsay Lohan had a hard time with the long hours expected from her whilst filming her cameo on the hit US TV show.

Slater told The Sun: “I think she was shocked by all the hours we work. In TV, with all the set-ups and characters we have, it’s not a cushy job.”

However despite the shock to the system, Lohan soon settled into the role.

Vanessa added: “I think she not only rose to the occasion but did a really good job.

“She makes a great transition from Kimmie, who is working at Flushing Burger, to working for me at Mode.”
