Ulrika Jonsson will discuss her rape ordeal for first time on TV

Celebrity Big Brother winner Ulrika Jonsson is apparently going to tell Piers Morgan the harrowing story of how she was raped several years ago when he interviews her for an episode of ’s new ITV1 show, Life Stories.
“I just lay there and he said, ‘We should go to the cinema’ and I said, ‘I can’t go.’ I stayed and he left,” she reportedly tells Piers during the emotional interview.
“I actually don’t think he realised what he had done…”

When Ulrika’s autobiography came out in 2002, she described her experience of being “sexually assaulted” at the hands of an “unnamed celebrity” but though she personally has never named the alleged attacker, TV presenter Matthew Wright “accidentally” named her attacker as John Leslie during a live TV show, although no charges have ever been brought with regard to the alleged attack.
On discussing the upcoming interview, Piers Morgain is quoted on Orange Blog as saying, “It’s pretty compelling stuff.
“It’s a tricky area, but in the course of the interview both things are discussed.
“There is a detailed chat about the rape. She had never before on television talked about the rape and talked in great detail about what happened since it all blew up.
“I think you get a lot of surprises. What she says is quite revelatory.”
The broadcast date of the interview has not yet been confirmed.
Other guests on Piers’ new show will include Richard Madeley, Sir Richard Branson, Sheila Hancock and Katie Price.
