ITV is to broadcast a one off special about one of the world’s most famous women. Victoria Beckham: Coming To America is made by Simon Fuller’s 19 TV and is a unique documentary that will follow Victoria as she and her family swap Madrid for LA.

In an exclusively re-cut version of the programme for UK viewers, we will see Victoria adapt to life in America.

Victoria Beckham is one of the most recognised and photographed women in the world. Since shooting to fame ten years ago as ‘Posh Spice’ she has become a fashion icon and with her husband David, one half of the most talked about couple on the planet.

Now the Beckhams are embarking on a new adventure. Later this month, Victoria is moving with her husband, three sons and her business interests to Los Angeles – the entertainment capital of the world.

We will see Victoria house-hunting, taking her driving test, hiring a new personal assistant and expanding her fashion interests, all delivered in her tongue in check and self depreciating style; we will see her take on the LA lifestyle with red carpet appearances, socialite luncheons and even throwing the opening pitch at an LA Dodgers baseball game; but above all we will be granted a unique glimpse into the extraordinary life of one of the world’s most famous women.

She will be joined by a small number of close friends and personal staff as well as a few celebs on the way as she settles herself and her family into LA life.
