Watch George Clooney’s Return To ER *SPOILER ALERT*
It’s the moment all us ER fans have been waiting for, the moment where George Clooney donned his scrubs and returned to the show.
George returned to ER last night for a one off episode in the shows final season and I have to say, he looks as delectable as ever.
In the show George’s character Dr Doug Ross and his partner Dr Carol Hathaway made a low-key return to convince a grieving woman (guest star Susan Sarandon) to donate her brain-dead grandson’s organs. One of those organs, the kidney, went to “some doctor in Chicago,” Hathaway said. Neither she nor Ross knew the transplant patient was their old colleague John Carter, played by fellow “ER” original Noah Wyle.
Many critics seem impressed that the return of Clooney etc wasn’t hailed by a huge fanfare or ridiculously large storyline, but was done subtly and believably and in a manner that suited the charcaters included.
The episode airs in the UK on More4 next week, be sure to set your recorder!
