Debbie Ezeogu has a great job, a great flat and a great social life, but she’s a junk food junkie who lives on takeaways, ready meals, biscuits and crisps. It’s left her clinically obese and risking serious health problems so Natalie gets her eating better and Benjamin digs deep to find the underlying reason why Debbie finds comfort in food… especially chicken.

Meanwhile, couple Ken and Christine discuss how the condition is affecting their relationship.
Silent Witness, BBC1, 9pm ~ Death’s Door – Part Two: Conclusion of this two part special and the team’s relationship with DS Barker falls apart due to a lack of trust, forcing Harry to pursue his own line of enquiry. Natural Born Sellers, ITV1, 9pm ~ The six remaining competitors welcome a new rival to replace the one who walked out. Their challenge this week is to take over as the sales team of a family-run double-glazing company.
