WILLIE’S CHOCOLATE REVOLUTION

With Easter just around the corner, millions of Britons are tucking into mountains of industrially produced chocolate that is high in sugar and fat. But chocolate enthusiast Willie Harcourt-Cooze is back to show everyone that when it comes to chocolate, we deserve better. In this three-part special, shown over consecutive nights, Willie attempts to create the finest, purest chocolate bar in the world, and teach a nation of chocoholics how wonderful real chocolate can be. His aim is to create a bar that is delicious and affordable, and doesn’t contain excessive amounts of fat, sugar and additives.

I think that what Willie has decided to do is an extraordanary idea, going down to the basics of chocolate, the cocoa(cacão) of which chocolate is (supposed) to be it’s main ingridient, but the manufacterers seem to have forgoten that. Not that chocolate like Cadbury’s, or Nestle aren’t tasty, but if I wanted to eat some “real” chocolate I’d have to buy some 70% cocoa chocolate, but I do not know anyone else my age who even considers eating that “kind” of chocolate, so I think it’s important to teach the future generations what is, really, chocolate.
I am passionate about chocolate, and would love one day to work for Willie in his chocolate factory.
I am half Portuguese/English, and understand Spanish, great student, and would love to do work experience for Willie.
I think Willie’s a perfect w@@ker. Quite how he managed to get another 3 programmes of free advertising and still not have functioning business, I don’t know. His original cooking chocolate bombed at Waitrose and yet this over confident, failed toff neither witty nor smart, has pulled off another series. Is Marco Pierre-White backing him or got a cut of the action?
