Willie Harcourt-Cooze is on a mission to produce the best chocolate in the world, from bean to bar and beyond. This four-part series follows Willie, his wife Tania and their three young children as Willie’s dream to grow his own cocoa beans from his Venezuelan farm and then turn them into premium chocolate at his Devon factory becomes a reality.
After a successful harvest in Venezuela, tonight’s second episode sees Willie begin to process his cocoa back home in his Devon chocolate factory.
Progress slows up when Willie receives some challenging feedback from Britain’s top chocolatier, William Curley. Tania and Willie also decide to test public reaction to their Venezuelan Black bars and hot chocolate at their local farmer’s market. And Tania has some interesting results from the chocolate diet she has been following.
