Would I Lie To You?, the razor-sharp series packed with unbelievable truths and believable lies is back with a new face at the helm – comedian and Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon.

Team captains David Mitchell (Peep Show, That Mitchell and Webb Look) and Lee Mack (Not Going Out) return to head up two teams of well-known celebrity faces.

Through a series of rounds, the panellists read out an intriguing and often embarrassing personal statement which could be completely true or total claptrap. They must then do their utmost to convince the opposing team that what’s true is false and what’s false is not.

Did Larry Lamb really have a market stall selling hats for dogs? And does David Mitchell really have a rejection letter from McDonalds turning him down for a job there?
